Intended Use

PitchPal is an informational tool designed to assist with tracking pitch counts during youth baseball and softball games.

PitchPal:

  • Does not provide medical advice
  • Does not replace league rules or coach judgment
  • Does not guarantee injury prevention

Decisions regarding pitcher usage, rest, and removal should always be made by parents, coaches, and league officials.

Information provided by PitchPal is for informational purposes only.

PitchPal is not a medical or training application. You should consult qualified professionals for guidance related to player health, safety, or injury concerns.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Entering accurate information
  • Following league and tournament pitch count rules
  • Supervising any minor using or referenced by the app

PitchPal is intended to support decision-making, not replace it.

In-App Purchases

Any in-app purchases made within PitchPal are optional, symbolic tips.

  • No features are locked or unlocked by purchase
  • Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple's App Store policies

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lewis Web Developments LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from the use or misuse of PitchPal.

Use of PitchPal is at your own discretion and risk.

Intellectual Property

PitchPal, including its name, logo, and design, is the intellectual property of Lewis Web Developments LLC.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or update PitchPal at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lewis Web Developments LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
