PitchPal is a youth baseball and softball pitch counting app designed to help parents and coaches track pitch counts and better manage arm workload. PitchPal is built and operated by Lewis Web Developments LLC.

We take privacy seriously and designed PitchPal to work without accounts, tracking, or data sharing.

Information We Collect

PitchPal does not require user accounts and does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or locations.

Data You Enter in the App

Any information you enter into PitchPal (such as pitcher names, pitch counts, or outing details) is:

  • Stored locally on your device only
  • Not transmitted to our servers
  • Not shared with third parties

We do not have access to this data.

In-App Purchases (Tips)

PitchPal offers optional in-app purchases that function as symbolic tips (for example, concession stand items like a coffee or ice cream).

These purchases:

  • Are processed securely by Apple via the App Store
  • Do not unlock features or content
  • Do not provide real-world goods or services

We do not receive any personal or payment information related to these purchases.

Analytics & Tracking

PitchPal:

  • Does not use third-party analytics tools
  • Does not track usage across apps or websites
  • Does not use advertising identifiers

Children's Privacy

PitchPal is designed for use by parents, coaches, and adults responsible for tracking youth sports activity.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Security

Because PitchPal stores data only on your device and does not transmit data externally, there is no centralized database of user information.

You control your data and may delete it at any time by removing the app from your device.
