The game contains no violent content, no inappropriate language, and no mature themes.
User Responsibility

We encourage healthy screen time habits. Dice Baseball includes a "7th Minute Stretch" feature to remind players to take movement breaks.
In-App Purchases
Any in-app purchases made within Dice Baseball are optional tips to support development.
- No features, content, or gameplay advantages are locked or unlocked by purchase
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple's App Store policies
- Tips do not provide any in-game benefits
Game Results
Dice Baseball uses random dice rolls to determine game outcomes. Results are based on chance and game mechanics, not skill-based manipulation.
Game outcomes are for entertainment purposes only and have no real-world value or implications.
Limitation of Liability

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app without permission.
Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lewis Web Developments LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
